Mostly visual improvements and one tweak with the enemy AI...

• The hold progress bar now has a dark ring and the text "- Hold -" to help make it clear to players that they need to hold the mouse down on certain events.
• All white text has now has a bit of a shadow to help make the text a bit more readable.
• I moved a documents to a slightly different spot on the Shop Table to hopefully make it more likely to be spotted by players.
• "NOTE: Game does not feature any saves/checkpoints." appears when you hover over the start game button to let players aware that there are no saves/checkpoints in the game.
• Unaware enemies will now seek the player out when they get damage by your pistol shots.
