Adding some Frost into FROSTBITE: Deadly Climate

It’s taking a while, especially sense I have other college work to take care of, but so far Version 1.5 is coming along and this Version is gonna be a big one, with many new improvements and fixes to the game. One being to help promote that even inside Base 75, it is still freezing and what better way then having frost form on everything.
