Working on a new "How To Play" page.

Sense Frostbite: Deadly Climate getting a new User Interface in Version 1.5, I was going to need to update the How To Play page. With that I am working on making the new How To Play page not be so info heavy and I thought of creating some images to help get the games mechanics across more easily.

Sigh,... so yeah this is another thing in my long list of things I'm doing for Version 1.5
